The squeeze technique was developed by Masters and Johnson, PDE5i, folate supplements, campedex-5 herbal extracts formula.
From bad things I guess paracetamol works. Could be via a cannabinoid mechanism.
Thanks kpavel. I have put your ideas above. Have you tried folate supplements and campedex with success?
Yes I've tried several forms of folic acid (folic, methylfolate, folinic). I had mild PE before pssd and extreme PE 1 year into pssd, then rather DE but not extreme. Took folates regularly only before pssd. So I don't know. But studies show it in lifelong PE.
I also eat many from these https://everyonesmd.com/blog/erectile-d ... jaculation foods regularly.
Here https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4236337/ it says, folate levels independetly of hormones but depending on homocysteine blood levels determined PE & ED.
I had horrible PE for the first year and a half after discontinuation. It went away once I started taking lithium orotate 5mg (elemental) daily and smoking weed again.
I have no clue which one was responsible honestly, I started both around the same time, and noticed a change shortly after.

Did the lithium help you at all with anything else?
It definitely helped with my mood. I noticed less anxiety and obsessive thoughts. As far as sexually I'm not sure... I'm starting to think restarting marijuana had most to do with it, as I cut down alot recently and I noticed my PE is coming back slightly.
I am about to try delta 8 thc, which is said to be better as far as not causing paranoia etc.

It was weed, as it calms the nerves
Fluoxetine 30 mg, caused pssd
Doctor further prescribed 1) amitriptyline 2) paroxetine 3) Lexapro 4) imipramine 5) nortriptyline 5)benzo in 3 years.
Found in reddit about PSSD, threw all drugs.
