low/ mild/ moderate/ severe/ very severe

Premenstrual tension. I suppose I should have said PMS or premenstrual syndrome.

The amazing thing is that, 6 years down the line, my PMS has never returned! I used to get terrible breast pain and wild fluid retention. I'd love to ask doctors who deny the existence of PSSD to tell me how an SSRI ridded me of the physical symptoms associated with the female menstrual cycle...
