Downregulated GRK6 (G protein-coupled receptor kinase 6) and upregulated GSK-3 may be responsible for dyskinesia in dopamine-agonist use in Parkinson's disease or the dopamine-antagonism of antipsychotics. As suggested here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22979934 ; and for example here: https://www.ecnp.eu/presentationpdfs/73/P.130.pdf .

Potential modulators include Berberine (e.g. here as coptis or berberis root: https://www.hindawi.com/journals/jdr/2016/5749857/tab2/ ), Lithium (mentioned here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3913067/ ) , Ginseng and those old rascals: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28579298
Addition: And Salidrosides from Rhodiola: https://www.karger.com/Article/FullText/489365 (Partly and elsewhere designated as "upregulated phosophorylation" of GSK-3, which is its deactivation, which can be confusing, but Figure 5 for example is clear about reduction of the GSK-3 values.)
Apigenin, Quercetin: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3123937/

Normalizing those two factors could contribute to normalizing one's brain-state, especially if one experiences any other side-effects than sexual ones associated with dopamine receptors.

Fascinating information, any info/thoughts for sexually related symptoms? Increasing cyclic AMP has been linked to healing nerves (link to Berberis and Coptis says increases cyclic AMP). https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24041988/
