PSSD and coffee, stimulants, drugs, alcohol

Is there any way to fix/cure/treat this, so you can react to coffee again?

@Meso - the fact that can’t get high from drugs, is that related to ejaculatory anhedonia associated with PSSD? Are the two linked/related?

I was asking someone about this, why does coffee/alcohol not affect someone with PSSD; this is what they said. Thoughts?

“ You know the Central nervous system-CNS is particularly sensitive. That's because alcohol can pass through the blood-brain barrier, reaching neurons directly. Once alcohol touches these cells, they are changed, resulting in changes in behavior. But when someone is affected by PSSD, it tightens the blood-brain barrier so much that alcohol and others like the coffee and drugs can’t pass through the blood-brain barrier again to get to the brain which makes it non responsive to the drug”
