I just wanted to show you my improvement on a diagram. I'm about 80 months off. In the first 2 years there were more remarkable "windows" . Improvement is much slower now (less windows and there isn't any really bad days), but overall I'm about 50-60% better than 6 years ago. Of course withdrawal can be different for other people.
