So I need to know the absolute best amount of e2 and dht to take as well as what time to take.

I'm really happy for you and your progress and I wish you luck in quitting smoking and improving your lifestyle. I think that coming from having PSSD to being almost cured, you're going to have a new lease on life and a lot more motivation. Thanks for trying the Estrogen treatment by the way. Honestly, I didn't think it would do shit.
Thanks, it's now at the point where I would recommend it to anyone with pssd. Best case scenario for me now is I permanently fix my pssd within a couple of months and write off the last few years, then I will cycle dnp and eca stack for a few weeks and get my weight down to about 125lbs, then hit the gym and try and get a girlfriend. One positive from my pssd experience is I learned how malleable my body and mind is with the right drugs.
125? How tall are you?

Just do a ketogenic, or low carb high fat diet to lose weight. Why you would pump DNP, and a ECA stack into your body after hopefully recovering from PSSD is crazy. May I suggest slowing down and seeing if these changes are permanent first.

I began doing blood tests in order to see how acceptable is my poor health to do this. I got my first blood results today; I'm more malnourished than ever due to malabsorption, and again my hematocrit and hemoglobin are above range. I really don't know what to do... Tomorrow or Friday I'll test for T and E, most probably I'll end doing this, whatever my health is. I would not be this sick if not by the misery into which PSSD sank me for the last 6 years.

If I do, I'll try 2 mg E and mesterolone, since pure DHT is not available here. One question. If I begin my trial next week, should I use this thread or open my own?

I suggest opening your own thread. It will be easier to see where one's trial begins and ends.

I second this. At least wait until you've stabilized, and eventually taper off the estrogen/DHT.

Okay. So I'm about 95% sure I'm gonna try this. Anyone else on board? I don't know if I should bother with Dht though. I'm also concerned that Pssd will just come right back when I stop the estrogen.

My honest view on this is yes, it's probably a treatment rather than a cure (not certain yet) but even so it's better than doing nothing, and if more people try it will give us a clearer picture of the mechanism behind pssd which will make an eventual cure or 100% sustainable treatment more likely. If you go ahead be sure to log the trial with as much detail as you can and make a thread about it here
21, male, extreme pssd for four years
Tried inositol (slight improvements) cialis (very limited improvements) yohimbine (slight improvements) maca root (no effect) bacopa monieri (no effect) estradiol-17b (pronounced improvement in all areas of sexuality)

Yeah, that Rat study doesn't specify whether it was permanent or not. I still don't get how they figured out how to do that with estrogen though. I feel like we are actually close to cracking this.
