Estradiol-17B
Re: Estradiol-17B
Bacopa could be good after Est. has been given a full trial. I wouldn't add now, but it is really good with anxiety and sleep. On bacopa, I sleep heavily. BUT please don't add it yet. One thing at a time.
If I knew what would cause those effects, I would be suggesting it instead of Est. I don't know, and my guess is that it would take a lot of research.

I think ghost that a low dose DHT would be a great addition as in line with the study. Now that all areas of his sexual function has returned to pre pssd state except the erection and i think that could be due to the ciggs or estrogen itself..Ghost wrote:Bacopa could be good after Est. has been given a full trial. Re: Estradiol-17B
I very much doubt it's from either of those factors independent to each other. Taking a small dose of estrogen or smoking would not cause severe erectile dysfunction in a healthy man of my age without pssd. It could definitely be the combination of the two though, ie cigs inhibiting some of the effects of estradiol.forexworld12 wrote:I think ghost that a low dose DHT would be a great addition as in line with the study. 21, male, extreme pssd for four years
Tried inositol (slight improvements) cialis (very limited improvements) yohimbine (slight improvements) maca root (no effect) bacopa monieri (no effect) estradiol-17b (pronounced improvement in all areas of sexuality)

Hmm yes i thinks its the combo of several factors causing it .Its very strang all areas of sexuality are back to normal level except the erection ...lost_soul wrote:I very much doubt it's from either of those factors independent to each other. Hmmm that is why I asked you to add a low dosage of DHT because so far you have succesfully replicated the pssd study on rats and since all aspect of sexual function were only recovered after adding DHT in rats i would only assume adding DHT would do it . I don't know the mechanism behind it like i do for estrogen but the combination of estradiol + dht is what worked in rats 100 percent so i believe it should fix it

Re: Estradiol-17B
Anyone knows if rats was cured even after discontinuation of estradiol and dht?
Re: Estradiol-17B
I have my hematocrit levels slightly above range. High hematocrit is a risk factor for deep vein thrombosis. Can I take an anticoagulant if I try estradiol? Because I want to do this trial. I really want.

Sorry for my bad (terrible) English.

I don't know but I wouldn't stress too much over dvt, unless you're old it's not worth taking into consideration in terms of absolute probability.Blackout wrote:I have my hematocrit levels slightly above range. Re: Estradiol-17B
I wonder if nightly viagra as studied here would help improve bloodflow over time:

I know there was another study using shorter duration's of treatment, but I can't find it at the moment.

Re: Estradiol-17B
Bacopa is also meant to help with blood flow and more sustainable over a long time than viagra. Anyway....as mentioned I wouldn't look at anything else for at least another month. Looking forward to your next update...
