In the past, I read about the use of Paroxetine in premature ejaculation, with interesting results.
There are studies where comparing two methods of use, take SSRI every day and take only when it is necessary. Both were effective in treating premature ejaculation but taking SSRI daily brought bad sexual side effects (e.g. orgasm, sensations and libido problems).
Also acute use of SSRI can restore sexual problemas from depression, anxiety and other problems.
Apparently SSRIs are only harmful when taken chronically (every day). Those who have PSSD symptoms could try to take a very low dose of SSRI 2 times a week or when needed (e.g. sex day), it may improve the thing.

Re: Low dose SSRI as needed
Many did and it did not provide any benefits, outside of few individual cases. SSRI's are prescribed for premature ejaculation as it is the very side effect we are speaking of on this site, lower libido equals higher intercourse, though SSRI may have other mechanisms that increase it also. I would not recommend to go this way.
