So we have all three drugs (fin, accutane, ssris) interfering with retinoid metabolism

So maybe theres the link to 3a HSD, progesterone, sigma receptors, 5ht2c...

Also bile acid which is anti microbial seems to be affected by this pathway.. Maybe that's why pathogens can grow in dysfunctional state

This also seems to be the reason for high chronic progesterone as many tested here

Sigma agonism gives temporary emotional window, maybe chronic high progesterone downregulates sigma, sigma receptors control 5ht2c
