Yea I still have all of the data. In fact, about a month ago I fixed the computer that was housing it and died spring 2019.

Any news on this? I sent a PM about two months ago and never got a reply.
Basically what I suggest is taking the gene files and submitting all of the to promethease. It's just a web interface where you upload the files. Alternatively, if you share the files I can do it.
