Changed "Erections are harder to get and maintain. (7/10)" to Erections are harder to get and maintain. (5/10)

Unfortunately I'm worse now in terms of ED than I was in the first year of PSSD. Life is otherwise great!

Caverjet will give you a rock hard erections but no desire to use it. Sure youll be able to have sex but you'll have zero satisfaction from it.

PSSD didn't change my libido. Fortunately I have plenty of desire.

Lucky. Sounds like you have Erectile Dysfunction, and not PSSD. Have you tried all the ED pills?

PSSD can cause only erectile dysfunction. But I also have diminished sexual pleasure.

Girlfriend got pregnant very easily, which seems to indicate PSSD has no effect on fertility. I know some people with PSSD have that fear so I thought I'd leave this here.

Things seem to have stabilized in the last 2 years. Hard to get erections while masturbating, even if using porn. Before the SSRIs I was already very hard on the first 10 seconds of any video.
With my girlfriend things are better, I can even get an erection just by kissing and feeling her warm body and smell. (could this be oxytocin related? could there be a link between oxytocin and PSSD? I'd like to know the oppinion of more knowledgeable minds). Only the shaft though, soft glans is very noticeable unfortunately.

So, basically, I can have intimate missionary sex. If the session is longer and/or we try different positions things are much difficult. It's a glass half empty half full situation.

I also have some doubts about our sexual compatibility, but that has nothing to with PSSD, I think.

Does your gf aware of this problem?

SEcond question: If you hadn't explained to her, would she realized your problems?
