Sertraline reinstatement

I can definitively say that my medication made me recover a lot of my libido, and my sensitivity is huge with Modafinil.
My libido is even so annoying that I start looking for other girls and imagining having sex with them.
I even started a fight these days with my gf because my libido was much higher than hers.
I never dreamt this such a change might be possible. I was so sure PSSD was permanent for me.

However, the excessive (daytime) sleepiness is annoying. I sleep 11 hours a day.
Using Sertraline additionally makes me extra sleepy.

And I have something significant to share.
During the last 2.5 years I imagined what it felt like to be attracted to somebody.
I tried to imagine what exactely doesn't work for me. I noticed how I analyzed girl's faces and noticed all kinds of annoying details (nose too big, chin too small, etc.) and thought that I was maybe just too picky and that I had just grown or so.

But now I clearly saw the difference.
I went out the house and BAMM!!! I saw an attractive girl and was in love immediately. I didn't really see her, it was just a few key points that made me horny and yearning immediately. Nice long hair, nice head shape.

Then I noticed it was a boy with long hair...
But I only like girls... I could see what libido does.

With libido present, I have such a high level of horniness already that it's hard not to let it go to the wrong places (see this "accident").

I'm writing this down because I felt so guilty and stupid and unmanly with the low libido, and I tried to find out where exactely it goes wrong.
Now I know that it's something like a high muscle tension... it's already very high and just wants to find anything to "go to".

I wanted to give an update.

Part of the reason why I reinstated Sertraline was that I needed to sleep so much.
This started when I first used Sertraline.
I noticed that when I didn't take it, the need to sleep became more.

So I thought I could fix my tiredness by reinstating.
But reinstating made my hypersomnia MUCH worse VERY quicky.

I am now official diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia, and life is really difficult because I have to sleep so much.

I am using a few medications, and one medication that I am using to stay awake is Modafinil.
While it does change anything in ejaculation volume, my sex drive is really high because of Modafinil.

So something actually does work against lack of libido.

Update:

I am using Wakix and Armantadine against the hypersomnia. It helps a bit. What helps me very much is Modafinil, but I am an addictive kind of character, and I abuse it in high doses, and I can not constantly ask for new prescriptions.
I also use Tadalafil which makes me horny.

And the hypersomnia makes me sleep too much, which makes everything worse.

And I tempted to reinstate again.

Hoping it would work THIS time.

ps: My orgasms are changing currently. Erectile dysfunction is more pronounced than before, and when I have an orgasm, it is NOT muted, but extremely short.

I have reinstated again using Sertraline.
At the first of 50 mg didn't do anything, so I went up to 100 mg the same day.
I felt a bit tired, and achieving an orgasm is harder, and I went numb after like 5 minutes of masturbating, but I feel that my libido is just a little up.
