According to this 2014 paper,
https://sci-hub.se/https://pubmed.ncbi. ... /25483212/
treatment with Low Power Laser Irradiation managed to improve genital numbness in PSSD patients.
The study was performed in the Netherlands; unfortunately, the paper's author seems to have died in 2019.
Does anybody know where this treatment could be accessible in Europe (Italy would be best)?
I'm going to try it myself and report back, if you help me.
