To anyone who has PSSD, does strength training (working out) still improve libido for you?
For me, it used to, prior to acquiring enduring sexual dysfunction, but not anymore.
Any successful stories of strength training, or exercise in general, improving libido for someone with PSSD?

It didn't before PSSD (how do you tell between high and high+ libido?).
Now I would say regular training (30+ days in a row) may improves things.

Strenght training didn't boost my libido before... and I don't know why it would.
However, tanning used to raise my libido a lot...
