Have pretty bad insomnia after trying a new supplement. Should I take trazodone for sleep?

It may be detrimental, but as a side effect, I have not read about any "definitive" worsening. And sleeping is required for improvement, I guess...

Besides, if this is just temporary, I think benzos (e.g. oxazepam) should less interact with seretonine etc.
