Is histamine new thing?

I somehow came accross the high histamine related insomnia and pssd saying that if u have skin irritation, shortness of breath, insomnia and adhd symptoms you might have very high histamine and low dao causing low dophamine symptoms.

sensation and histamine must have a relation.

What do you think about it?
