Do you have sleep issues?

I've always had poor sleep quality but since the antidepressant the fatigue and sleep is much worse. I've had restless legs for years too.

I don't have the ability to feel sleepy. I feel awake all the time. I just try to sleep on a schedule. Some how my body will go to sleep at night, but I can't nap or anything like that during the day even if I want to.

When I started taking SSRIs I would sleep for 12hours and wake up tired. Then years later taking Ritalin fucked with my sleep permanently and now I can sleep for like 6 hours and I just wake up before the alarm, tired again.

On the rare occasion when I sleep the full 8 hours I do have better libido that day.

I have the same symptom. Never feel tired or sleepy. And my insomnia got so bad that I have to take pills so I can sleep.

What pills do you take to sleep? Are you not worried that you will go into tolerance on those and make your sleep worse?

I take olanzapine, an antipsychotic.
