Arousal state is brief, hard to trigger and fades away quickly

Unread post by PIEDOderPSSD »

Age 26yo male, healthy and fit, lifts weights and occasionally go jogging. For the past 9 months i have low libido which progressively gave me erectile dysfunction for 6 months now.

My body is dead sexually, i can spend all night with my girlfriend and i feel nothing. If i force things, it takes me a long time for my body to enter arousal state, like 30 minutes, but it's brief(5~10 minutes)and fades away quickly to no arousal despite constant mental/physical stimulation.

During arousal, erectile function is normal, but without arousal i have erectile dysfunction.

Is this a common or possible pssd symptom?

You're full of negativity, your answers are also contradicting and you try bringing people down with you.

Well, truth is harsh, but its the best you can get. I don't wanna lie nobody. I have exact the same sympthoms as you describe and no improvements for over two years so what else do you expect me to say?

Yes, im in that state for 2 years. Never had window, just minor improvement in orgasm after inositol but lost it with trazodone. But this no-arousal state is killing me.

But i can feel arousal, but i require more extreme mental and physical stimulation, and it's not in standby and instant as in the past.

Do you never ever feel arousal, or you're like me?

I'm like you, its extremly difficult to be aroused. Before PSSD one sex-thought put me into hard boner. Now I have to mechanicaly stimulate myself for like 10 minutes and than even if I have boner there is no pleasure buildup, only before ejaculation I have some muscle spasms...im like this for 2 years...nothing changed. Its pure hell.

Brother, you can use a compound that suits me well.

But first, what is your illness?

If you don't treat the underlying disease first, you won't get good results. I suggest you do hypnotherapy. Here in my country the best is https://omnihypnosis.com/

But you can discover others.

Stack:
1 # Complex B.
2x or 1x dose day

2 # CDP-choline 250 mg to 500 mg.
Acetyl-L-Cysteine 1000 mg
2x dose day

3 #Rhodiola Rosea 500 mg 1x day or Panax Ginseng 400 mg 1x day

4 # Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg
Methylfolate 800 mcg
P5P 2 mg
1x sublingual dose

5 # Chelated magnesium 300mg to 600mg
chelated zinc 30 mg
chelated copper 2 mg
chelated Manganese 4 mg
chelated selenium 200 mcg

6# Cialis 10 mg 1x day

- Make sure your SHBG, total testosterone, free testosterone, prolactin, TSH, cortisol levels.

if you have no more mental or hormonal problems, you will hardly be unwell with these supplements.
