What is it about exercise that improves PSSD symptoms in so many people? How many of you experience improvement after exercise?

Some health benefits quoted from regular exercise:
Improved sleep
Increased interest in sex
Stress relief
Improvement in mood
Increased energy and stamina
Reduced tiredness that can increase mental alertness
For me, it definitely had a positive impact on mood after one month of daily running.

Re: Exercise
In my perspective and as a hypothesis It'd be because exercise is an antidepressant/ anxiolotic.. if done regularly and properly it would mean no depression/anxiety and thus, no psychosomatic symptoms to manifest anymore.. it'd be because of that, from this perspective... it could be because something else too..
