OK, thanks, funny fact that supports my theory: even if I do not feel anxious (more... impervious?), my body is anxious (unable to stay asleep, for instance) and I really need to fight that first.
Escitalopram, 10mg/day, Jan-May 2019. Fluoxetine, May-Sept 2019. Mirtazapine 7,5mg/day, November 2019-January 2020. Escitalopram, 5mg/day, Feb-May 2020.
Symptoms: sexual & emotional numbness

It depends which part of your pelvic gets tight when anxious. For example mine would hang loose but my penis would become thin as a pencil along with pain and tension feeling in the pelvic. I can feel my body is always in a fight and flight mood. Still need to find a way to calm it down
