Pain after orgasm
Pain after orgasm
Hi everybody,
The last 4 month I have pain in my glans and my testicles after orgasm. The pain is also down in my feet. Has anyone experienced the same or any idea how to treat. It is really wearing me down.
Thanks.

Re: Pain after orgasm
How bad is the pain? Maybe try taking pain killers an hour before you get on the job. I have pain in my glans daily but it’s only a slight pain so I don’t bother too much.
Last pill March 2019 - Citalopram for 7 years
Numbed penis and weak orgasm
Fatigue
Slightly blunted
Dizziness (this has improved a lot in the last 6 months)

Re: Pain after orgasm
I’d be wary of pain killers as paracetamol has been known to make several people crash. Definitely something to avoid. I’m not sure about others but its worth checking before you take anything
Re: Pain after orgasm
Could be related to pudendal nerve caused by pelvic floor dysfunction. The fact that you say you feel it in your feet as well definitely is a sign of that. When you orgasm your pelvic floor tenses up a lot and if you're like me this might cause problems. Try doing the butterfly pose laying on your back, and try to relax your legs, belly and glutes. take some deep breaths and try to relax, this will loosen up the pelvic floor and sort of stretch it a bit. I do this after orgasm sometimes.
Brief Symptoms:
PE - Anhedonia, less emotions - Test Atrophy - Numb body - Lowered libido = ED
24/7 tension, stress. Worse with lack of sleep, hungry, ill
"Pure-O"
Visual Snow Syndrome + DP/DR + Tinnitus
Insomnia, Fatigue

Re: Pain after orgasm
This is classic pelvic floor dysfunction
Re: Pain after orgasm
The orgasm is also a muscle contraction followed by spasms and further relaxation.
If your muscles are already tensed before and during sex, due to many reasons like performance anxiety, it may happen a cramped muscle, which may be painful. Pelvic floor relaxation exercises, progressive muscular relaxation with deep breathing help a lot. I had something like that, not enough to be painful, but I was contracting the perineal muscles too much. A Gatorade or other electrolyte drink before can help in reducing cramps too.

Re: Pain after orgasm
I think I sort of experienced that for few week, including feet..
Nowadays is just a tingling sensation at times.. hardly noticeable anymore.. absolutely gone in the feet. Went away on it's own.
I trust it'll be completely gone on my dick too, though I barely notice it ..and at times is not there..
Are you in your 4th month withdrawing? If so I'd say give it time. I know I'll keep improving/reverting back.

Re: Pain after orgasm
Thanks for all your answers! No, it has been 8 months since I stopped the drug. It is so weird because 4 month ago I was doing much better and I crashed from taking arginine. I never heard of someone crash on this before. I even crash on cialis. This is so much wearing me down. I guess the only way to get better is without taking anything or neverJakeLawe wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 7:24 pm I think I sort of experienced that for few week, including feet..

Re: Pain after orgasm
The strange thing is, the pain only comes when my libido is a bit higher on maybe 20 %. When I am in a comlete numb episode and feel zero zero while ejaculation I don’t have this pain ...
Re: Pain after orgasm
It makes sense that you dont have the pain when you are in a more numb state - the nerves arent sending any messages back. If your nerves in your pelvic floor are numb its because they are being squished and not able to relay messages to the brain.
