Re: What is the "crash"?
I know there is potential for crash with every substance, however i would rather become a retard or get brain damage trying to cure PSSD, than live that way till the rest of my days. Hope some of you share this line of thinking.

Re: SSRI worsening ADHD symptoms?
Simply saying ADHD etiology is that in some areas of the brain like prefrontal cortex, which controls things like attention, compulsivity, decision-making, etc. there is reduced dopamine firing. SSRIs are known to lower dopamine firing too, because serotonin receptors are involved in dopamine releas...

Re: My introduction and experience with treatment
Taking inositol and sjw is counterproductive, because sjw is IP3 antagonist and it might play a part in it being efficious in PSSD. I would rather take lithium with sjw as they both complement each other in that department.

Re: Hopeless and depressed
In very layman terms bupropion: dopamine - motivation and noradrenaline - anxiety, adding selegiline - very high dopamine: very high motivation alongside other things that happen when you increase dopamine, with no noradrenaline and anxiety. Selegiline dose can be very low like 1mg.

Re: Hopeless and depressed
I have no recommendations for you, but you can microdose selegiline to reduce anxiety inducing effects of bupropion. It happens because bupropion which has high affinity for dopamine transporter metabolizes in the liver through cytochrome P450 isozyme CYP2B6 to hydroxybupropion which reaches much hi...
