Yes, some shortening happens very often, around 1 inch I think. I don't think I have shrinking. Of course my erect penis is not the same as it was before due to lack of blood flow and even in it's flaccid state, would you call that shrinking? With cialis + yohimbine it would probably go back to 100%...

Barring any catastrophic event, like a serious infection or a bad surgeon it seems to me better than a lifetime of ED or a lifetime of penile injections.
