The same rebound effect comes from mirtazapine and mianserin. Probably applies to all 5-HT2a receptor inverse agonists. I crashed for a 1 month after creatine. Extreme blunting of emotions, dementia like cognition and akathisia. I will not dwell on the mechanism, just say that creatine was tolerated perfectly before PSSD

In my case crashing from artificial creatine feels similar to crashing from inositol

Don't obsess with getting to 100%, but try to live a rewarding life with everything you have spared. Occasional ( 2x per week ) methylphenidate seems safe, chronic daily may cause problems. Sounds you like typical depression induced anhedonia.

PSSD doesn't cause anhedonia per se, but emotional blunting. Unfortunately most sufferers use a wrong language.

Result of acute stress or rebound depression from amphetamine use. Contrary to what is said episodic depression is known to deepen emotions.

They don't see PSSD because they choose to not see and believe in PSSD. You can check it by yourself. If you state your experiences doctor will quickly turn to medical gaslighting by not asking any specific question about your experiences .
