Re: Is there other large PSSD forums on the internet?

As a regard to social communities beside current ones there were also IRC / email list ( pre 2005 ) and...

Re: Is there other large PSSD forums on the internet?
You'd be shocked to see how much useful PSSD info and resources you could find on Google in 2010. You would be shocked to see how much useful info and resources you could find on Google (or search engines in general) prior to ~2020. Welcome to near total commercialization of the internet, and good ...

Re: Bupropion-induced PSSD
I just argued recently on bupropion here : https://pssdforum.org/viewtopic.php?p=47601#p47601 From everything connected to PSSD it's evident that all psychoactive substances cause long lasting effects. Especially other antidepressants. Doesn't mean the biology is the same behind each drug induced co...

One of the side effects of bupropion is hypersexuality. This effect is completely unrelated to any symptoms of depression. Also Bupropion is l...

Re: Changes of insular function in lifelong premature ejaculation patients before and after SSRI administration. 2022
I'm wondering is the effect of ssri direct on the insula or is it an indirect effect? to give an example, if ssri reduces genital peripheral sensitivity this may cause the insula to eventually respond more or less intensely? most authors believe that the effect of delayed orgasm caused by SRIs is d...

Re: My story
I cannot agree with Sylv in the statement that bupropion will not do anything for genital anesthesia. It is possible that it has a positive effect on genital anesthesia. There are several reports of people who had their only windows on bupropion including myself. There are also reports of people ge...

Re: My story
First don't panic, problems will likely go much better in a matter of a year if you don't overstress yourself. Bupropion is not a PSSD treatment. It will likely make emotional blunting worse in long term, while no effect on genital anaesthesia. Stimulants are somewhat ( effect is very blunted and mi...
