Re: FOUND THE CAUSE OF PSSD!!! SEROTONIN - PPARy - nNOS *REVEALED*
Sounds like Agmatine DECREASES synthase, not increases it. And it also seems to increase serotonin sensitivity as it is antagonizing it. Correct me if I'm misinterpreting it - I'm new to this. Interesting that I read this part of agmatine page on Examine today. I thought: what a hell? I see everywh...

Did anyone make further progress on this? I actually arrived at this forum via the original blog post. Quoting relevant parts below: Take DXM (dextromethorphan) or Memantine to upregulate the NMDA-receptors; to restore the Nitric Oxide pathway. [study 1] [study 2] Easy to get over the counter. Take...

Re: Ideas of what's involved with not getting boozed
Well, I feel the effect of caffeine and nicotine... But yeah, alcohol stopped to have this nice buzz! I don't like alcohol nowadays. Wow, that's interesting... The buzz from alcohol is associated with an increase in allopregnanolone levels (e.g. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12700685/). "PFS&...

Re: Change in sexual orientation after quiting SSRIs
Thank you for all of the replies. So, based on your ideas and my own research, I got all of these hypothesis: 1. Loss of self identity. I really feel this. Really unsure of who am I anymore. I used to be a very, very sexual guy before the SSRIs, and used to do extreme things to get sex from women. ...

Re: Has anyone tried WAY-100635?
Well, I doubt anything will make you recover after just a single usage.
As a supplement (and isolated) CBG is pretty new, this is why people here haven't tried. And there's not much awareness it acts as a 5-ht1a antagonist.

Re: Has anyone tried WAY-100635?
No, but you could try cannabigerol. It's in my wish list. Evidence that the plant cannabinoid cannabigerol is a highly potent α2-adrenoceptor agonist and moderately potent 5HT1A receptor antagonist Initial experiments confirmed that the 5-HT1A-selective antagonist, WAY100635 (Forster et al., 1995), ...

Re: Change in sexual orientation after quiting SSRIs
I've seen some cases like yours. Some people are straight their whole life, but them, somehow, start to show gay orientation. I think it's very wrong to say these people were homosexual before. If so, they would show these signs since their teens. I think, and evidences points to it, that sexual pre...

Without explaining if you mean pre or post 5ht1a synaptic receptors I find it difficult to follow🤔 BUSPIRONE: " However, buspirone does not have affinity for benzodiazepine-GABA receptor complex (Mennini et al., 1986); rather, it has high affinity and is a partial agonist for the serotonin (5-...

Re: What are you currently trying?
How do you think that this should help our condition..Blocking the autoreceptors is actually the same as downregulating them through SSRIs... Taking SSRI raises the serotonin level in the synaptic cleft which lead to an activation of the autoreceptors Which inhibit the release of serotonin in a neg...

This substance called Robalzotan is very interesting too, but seems difficult to get. " Robalzotan (NAD-299, AZD-7371) is a selective antagonist at the 5-HT1A receptor. [1] It was shown to completely reverse the autoreceptor-mediated inhibition of serotonin release induced by the administration...
