Re: My story
There are also reports of people getting worse on bupropion. Even blaming this drug for crashing them into PSSD. That’s true. Recently, there have been such reports. But there are also several people that report the opposite. Bupropion will help genital anaesthesia, if this symptom is aggravated by...

Re: My story
I cannot agree with Sylv in the statement that bupropion will not do anything for genital anesthesia. It is possible that it has a positive effect on genital anesthesia. There are several reports of people who had their only windows on bupropion including myself. On the other hand, it is true that b...

Re: PSSD could be small fiber polyneuropathy
@Sylv I think it’s very much “on topic” to say that one does not believe in the SFN theory, and to explain why. Basically, it is good that there are different theories because if we are honest, no one knows what causes PSSD. Although I don’t believe in SNF it’s good if someone follows this path and ...

Re: New RxISK blog post: Remind Your Sister to get Vaccinated
I have to admit that, aside from the vaccination post, I see the problem that the RxISK website doesn’t look very “trustworthy”. The headlines and pictures they choose look “funny” and are misleading just too often. The texts are not at all objective and rather look like some dubious blog entry than...

Re: Windows Question
@6-eggs
I realize that my question may be irritating, but I was wondering in how far you can say you suffer from
PSSD if you’ve had “100s of 100% windows over the last 6 months or so”. Six months make about 180 days. If you’ve had 100s of windows, there’s actually not much time for PSSD, is there?

Re: Has anyone tried Ingatia Amara?
I haven’t heard of anyone who tried this. Had to google it myself and what I read wasn’t too assuring. Actually, it seems to be toxic and quite dangerous.

Re: Foods containing serotonergic herbs? Can it make you crash?
P.S. I’m of course talking about normal amounts of herbs like a teaspoon or so. If you eat really large amounts then herbs can of course have a therapeutic effect which - in the case of PSSD - can affect your symptoms positively or negatively.

If you have the answer to your question already, I don’t really understand why you ask people for advice.

Re: Foods containing serotonergic herbs? Can it make you crash?
Well, if you “believe” in it, anything can cause a crash. I’ve had PSSD for 15 years now: no window, no crash. I eat whatever I want and I’m fine. You don’t crash from normal food, tea or things like that. A lot of people who suffer from PSSD are so scared that they overthink things and are scared o...
