Hi Ok I have inositol, TMG and Vitamin A. Having read back through the thread Im very confused. Medical matters really are not my thing. So should I combine some inositol and TMG then wait for it to take effect (30mins perhaps?). Then take a small amount of Vitamin A? I totally get this is my respon...
