I think that's the very definition of a autoimmune disease, the body reacts to something be it a pathogen or toxin, and instead of ceasing the fight after infection the body sort of attacks itself for months/ years or indefinitely. Ok dude. I'd say instead of sertraline give methylphenidate a shot for fatigue OR kratom (but be careful as you seem have an addictive personality) Also I've read Lyme disease can cause utter fatigue, you may wanna research on that and recapitulate if you could possibly have it as to get it treated....

Anyone trying autoimmune wreckers?

Really the mechanism isn't as important as the end result.

IF this hypothesis is sound or of good weight. What are the medications to take? the supplements to take? what follows?

I haven't had a proper erotic dreams on ages, they used to be frequent. To me healthy erotic dreams are a sign of recovery.
