Since this low dosing i'm recovering pretty fast.
Waves are coming more often, lasting longer and getting more intensive from week to week.
Something got activated back again. The cycle is broken.

I'm not 100% sure yet, but i guess i get ENORMOUS improvement in pssd when it's hot outside.
