Re: Estradiol-17B and DHT (now just estradiol)
Hey there, regarding dosage, I think that the best we can do is to look at studies (multiple if they are available) and do all the calculations ( mg/kg, Human equivalent dosage, and the bioavailability of the method of administration). Just remember we're only making educated guesses this way. It's ...

Re: Estradiol and DHT
HEDFDAk_MValues.png I think the factor 6.2 would only be applicable when its µg /kg . But I'm not sure. I'm wondering where the med students are, they could help you out better than me. How much estrogen are you taking at the moment? Don't be nervous about this, for example I was taking testosteron...

Re: 14 month update
Do you think part of the reason you recovered was the Zoloft + Nortyptiline combination preceding the methyl b12?
Because I've tried methyl folate and methyl b12, even b12 with Adenosylcobalamin and there was no improvement of pssd.

Re: low dose ssri
Ah, 37.5mg is pretty high, 1/3rd or 1/4th of that would probably be a better dose for effexor! But if it's xr, it's a little trickier to measure, I remember tapering off of itand having to deal with the different beads inside the capsule..

Re: low dose ssri
If we think of Lexapro and Paxil in terms of their maximum therapeutic dosages (20mg and 60mg), maybe the appropriate dose of lexapro for this kind of a trial would be ~0.83mg.
Just speculating!

Re: low dose ssri
Great!
It's ironic. I never had a single thought of going back on these things, just total revulsion to them after what happened.

Re: low dose ssri
Ah, the effects for you are pretty unclear then?It seems to be a recurring pattern with pssd that someone will have a one off successful treatment that doesn't seem to help others as much..
Maybe there's still potential for this, though. I'll post if I try it.

Re: low dose ssri
I wonder if 5mg is too large a dose. If I try it, I think I will try 2.5mg or even 1mg doses.
