Re: Ghost Intro

Following up on my most recent update from May. Hit my 6 year PSSD anniversary a few days ago. Things are basically the same. I'm sexually active and things work just well enough. I'm still working on medical school applications and when things get tough I still use the forum as inspiration. There a...

Re: Low Dose SSRI (Reinstatement)

He was totally cured but then work got stressful and he went back on SSRIs and things came back. It seemed the cure was permanent but he really was struggling without the meds. He has severe anxiety and for him it was hard to work without the SSRI. I'll have to follow up again to see how he's doing.

Re: Anyone else have the gene Gs224 (causes low dopamine)?

Yea I still have all of the data. In fact, about a month ago I fixed the computer that was housing it and died spring 2019. updating it and getting it ready to go again is no small task, but I do find it interesting and would encourage anyone interested to help out. Just PM me about it. I'll try to ...

Re: What is going on with Ghost

I'm finishing up med school applications for fall 2021 among other things. Psychedelics and ketamine did change how I viewed PSSD. At the same time I've picked up a lot of pre-PSSD hobbies. Other things that contribute to me being on/offline more frequently are computers breaking/being fixed/covid e...

Re: Ghost Intro

Hey all - I'm back online for the first time in several months. I'm not dead. Everything has been really odd recently and I haven't been at home very much. I was traveling for a few weeks before the virus blew up, and then everything got really crazy fast. I ended up being stuck at my girlfriend's h...

Re: The First PSSD Documentary Needs You

Believe me, there is pressure on all sides when you run a forum. The moment you allow a provocative post, you get inundated with posts about how it creates users to feel suicidal. Then when you ban, there is outrage also. It’s really lose - lose running the forum. I’m happy for you that you are able...

Re: The First PSSD Documentary Needs You

1) let me correct you, Jaxx is an admin, not a moderator. He has full access to admin powers. I don’t take this lightly and i trust him fully. 2) I don’t care if 5,000 people approached you. Those are the rules. Go make your own forum. 3) stop harassing my admins / members. 4) Is drunk driving the f...

Re: Idea: PSSD Action Commitee

This "action" committee, at least as far as activism is concerned, will be just another waste of time, allowing people who are doing nothing constructive about PSSD to feel that they are doing something useful unless it results in PSSD sufferers willing to talk anonymously to the media ab...
