Re: Urecholine (bethanechol)
1. What was your dose on Uridine? 2. What was your dose on CDP Choline? 3. How long did you dose them? 4. Did you dose them together? 5. Did you have the other necessary elements for adult neurogenesis in? Like DHA, B vitamins, and Selenium? These are all relevant to why Uridine/CDP Choline did not ...

Re: For those who had benefits from Dopa Mucuna or Dopamine Agonists to the effects wear off over time?
I was using Mucuna and it gave me a great libido and erections...but after it seemed to stop working and without it it seems my condition has worsened. Be careful L-Dopa needs dopa-decarboxylase for proper conversion to dopamine. Quite possible you're deficient in it. We know that in most PSSD case...

Re: For those who had benefits from Dopa Mucuna or Dopamine Agonists to the effects wear off over time?
The conversion enzymes and processes for all neurotransmitters involved are critically important (and seemingly downed). If you ever try it again, look into Bromantane, to help synthesize dopamine more optimally, via increasing said conversion enzymes. This drug doesn't seem to be approved where I ...

Re: My theory
So if it’s more about signaling and not amount available how do we correct that? If you guys are right, what is to be done, what do we try? I think several of us would be willing to test this theory if we knew what to try. I would have to monitor your results individually, after making a few sugges...

Re: Thoughts on 5HT1A antagonists?
You wouldn't. But I would. Buspar gives people relief, but it is the wrong path. Cocaine also. I'm dismissive of it knowing that Serotonin quantity itself is not the primary issue. It couldn't possibly be. Very rarely is the net concentration of a transmitter the problem with issues like this. Usual...

Re: Choline pathways
I just wanted to start the conversation on the topic. Up-regulating receptors (as they come and go, build and degrade fluxingly) is a tough one to crack. However, I've had success with low dose Citicoline (20-70MG), combined with an uptake agent (Coluracetam - high affinity choline uptake), with guy...

Re: My theory
But I still insist, read and study sinking acetylcholine. Let's think a little less about 5HTA receivers. Erection, memory, learning, mental alertness, motivation, repair of neurons and myelin sheath, sensitivity to physical contact ... Everything is or has the action of acetylcholine. regarding th...

That's ok with me. I am not here to argue mechanisms.

Re: Thoughts on 5HT1A antagonists?
No jaxx, everybody feels worse on bcaa. You can search posts history about bcaas in the forum and you wont find a single soul who improved on bcaa. All had negative or no change following bcaa trials. Even those who used fenclonine on this forum and on rapeat and longecity forums experienced worsen...
