Re: Benzodiazepine improvements
No... I believe a beta blocker is better for your strategy. Benzos will slow every pathway down. They are known to slightly reduce libido, and arousal and delay and mute orgasm a little. Propranolol only blocks beta adrenergic receptors, and it crosses the BBB. So you cancel the effect of high adren...

Re: Thoughts on 5HT1A antagonists?
That's ok with me. I am not here to argue mechanisms. I’m not arguing about mechanisms, I’m not a scientist and know very little about it. I’m just saying that I wouldn’t dismiss something that brings relief to people as the wrong path I reviewed all those cases, and they all took bcaa with a dopam...

Re: Raw food, fresh fruit & vegetable juices, raw food diet
When I used to live in a corrupt country, I used to get a dozen crates of all kinds of produce every week, as gifts (bribe, though I only did my job) for signing export documents. I litterally ate 4 pounds of blueberries per day for 3 years, an many other fruits and vegetables. None of it had any be...

Re: LITHIUM SUCCESS STORIES?!
It's impossible to perform sexually when you are obsessively documenting everything your penis does. Once you are able to "be in the moment" again, things seem to go more naturally. I absolutely disagree, when I have solid windows, wether I obsess about pssd or not makes no difference. I ...

Benzos don't cause setbacks, they can slightly lower libido, but nothing significant.
I was on prazepam and bromazepam for a few months with no worsening.

Re: RHODIOLA ROSEA - 5-HT1A Influencer
I made a final warning, after many before. This thread is asking for feedback on rhodiola, it is not a salespitch of a product or a discussion about the credibility of a user. We're entitled to second guess the intentions of users though, especially those of someone who has a business around supple...

Re: Need theories and help with wellebutrin(bupropion)
I noticed this with caber, and some brands/doses of st john' wort. My only "theory" has to do with the cycles of upregulation (RNA transcription) and downregulation (internalization, recycling) of the different receptors involved, each cycle (the up or down trend) lasts about 7 hours. So b...

Re: Premature baby
I was 1 month premature. I have read that being 1 month premature makes you susceptible to ADHD, which I thought I had even before the SSRI and before searching for studies around being born prematurely. I am trying to refrain from labelling myself as best as I can though, as I am already stressed ...

Re: PSSD for 3 years, corticosteroids temporarily cured all PSSD symptoms
I think I figured this out. It's because exogenous corticosteroids suppress hypothalamus production of ACTH. Which leads to a temporary calming of the adrenals, without activating the glucocorticoid receptors in the brain the way cirtisol does, thus limiting the overconversion of dopamine into neura...
