General advice is to always taper down slowly, regardless if this potentially reduces the risk of pssd or not.

Re: Spyros 100% cured by Estrogen + TRT
The Estrogen Theory was wrong he recovered using 6 weeks trt at 140mg +hcg 750/1000/1500iu and 2 weeks hops 400mg 3-6 times a day. He posted the paper and a month later tried some e2 with proviron for a few days. He wants the Rxisk prize. https://www.reddit.com/r/PSSD/comments/129dlql/the_controver...

Re: Pramipexole (Success)
Wth, this thread was not started by Meso, nor did he claim any cures with pramipexole.FindGoodNickname wrote: ↑Thu Mar 02, 2023 4:29 pm I have tried it, and I guess it's just the troll Meso trying to get people to try it.
It feels horrible and does not help.

Re: Spinal tap and 100% resolution of PSSD

Re: Spinal tap and 100% resolution of PSSD
SSRI's Might be permanently stored in Spinal Fluid!!! Doesn't explain why PSSD often begins suddenly upon CESSATION of an SSRI. Or why their PSSD returned a week after the spinal tap. Well I'm pretty sure anyone with a double digit IQ can figure out that you need CESSATION of an SSRI BEFORE you hav...

Thanks for the update. I would expect it to be worse short, or even mid term. Question is if it gets better after several months..

Re: Advice please regarding reinstatement
I am only able to give some general thoughts, based on the reports on the forum here over the years. If you are depressed and even suicidal, seek professional help first. If you decide that medication is needed, do this under supervision too. Going back on ssri’s has risks, there are plenty of peopl...

Re: Everything we knew about PSSD is wrong. Check out why.
You have made some bold posts in the past, with interesting ideas but very limited practical implications and at a key moment, testing a hypothesis, never reported back. So my feedback might sound a bit negative; there are plenty of theories around pssd, without clinical proof/ markers etc about the...
