Great to hear that you're improving!
In regards to your benefits-how would you rate your emotional capacity+libido pre-treatment and now?
Do you suffer from cognitive issues and anhedonia as well? If so, have the hormones made any impact there?
Thanks for keeping us in the loop!

Re: PSSD in 2021 | Melcangi Study Info, Future Research and Activism
^^^ Really great stuff, glad we're finally seeing progress on the clinical research front of PSSD. It's been over 30 years since SSRIs hit the market, which has left countless suffering for years without answers. I implore the community to FULLY support this research effort; this is our best shot at...

Re: Intro
Well I started trt to think I was gonna get better, but what I didn’t know was that TRT can’t fix ejaculatory anhedonia and genital anesthesia, penile shrinkage... I stopped TRT because I don’t want it to mess up with fertility. I am looking for ways to reverse pssd and trt isn’t really a solution ...

Re: Intro
Hey there, welcome to the forum. I know things may seem bleak now, but try to keep a level head to the best of your abilities. Try not to make any rash decisions. It's great that you've seen improvements in brain fog+energy on TRT. Unfortunately, hormones seem to be only part of the story in these p...

Re: Keto Diet
Keto's been helping me with chronic fatigue and (some) brain fog. I think it helps me sleep deeper too (or maybe it increases REM), because I've noticed that my dream intensity is directly correlated with the level of ketosis I'm in (I get more vivid dreams in deeper levels of ketosis and vice versa)

Re: Dexedrine
Tried 5mg Dexedrine (XR) in a fasted state, along with 5mg memantine dosed bi-daily for 2 weeks prior (memantine has a 90 hour halflife) to prevent tolerance. Helped some cognition, anhedonia, and improved libido a tad. Firstly, I got typical increased SNS activity-increased heart rate, heightened c...

Re: Where to get naltrexone, how much to take
Hi there, I got my Naltrexone from alldaychemist, I'm located in the US and they ship from India. I'm no authority on the matter, but I'd try low doses for a few days (2-3mg), and work your way up to 25-50mg until you see benefits. You'll likely become emotionally and hedonistically blunted, due to ...

Re: Low Dose SSRI (Reinstatement)
Hey guys, just giving a quick update on my trial. April 8, 2020 Took approximately .5mg escitalopram (volumetrically dosed) -Went for a bike ride after dosing, may have lowered exercise-induced brain fog -Spring air brought up memories of pre-pssd times -Typing faster -Feeling more performance anxie...
