Anything can cause anything, but psilocybin causing pssd is very unlikely.
Taking hormones in the other hand can cause pssd like symptoms for sure

Ey that's true! Tyrosine and tryptophan are to bulky and are outplaced by the smaller amino acids.

Almost every source of protein has enough amounts of the amino acid tyrosine in it. I dont believe a supplement will do much of anything despite someone beliefs. Just drank some milk, has tyrosine in it.
Sinemet in the other hand will raise dopamine significant whiting minutes of ingestion.
