I don't think i had a clinical depression going on. More the 'post crappy parenting' and 'emo teen' depression. My mental problems were pretty mild, i was still able to function. I would do anything to get my depression back.

Yeah i had this in the first months, i guess it is a bloodflow problem. Warm baths and pelvic floor therapy helps me.

It can be really hard to deal with pssd and i think many people are struggling to cope with it and become depressed about it. I think it is important that everyone suffering from pssd knows that life is still possible and there is help and hope. However, this is still a memorial thread so can we ple...

Hi, Yeah i was always very nauseous on the ssri, and still am a lot of the time. I lost a lot of weight because of it too. My my bowel movements are almost back to normal right now, but i had diarrhea the whole time on ssri and some months after. I still experience some stomach and bowel complaints...

I would say that i love my pre pssd self more although i was depressed. And it is pretty cool to have more knowledge about the human body. It is really awesome to see that strangers on the internet are trying to help each other.

An update. I'm not doing so great right now. I think i developed Pudendal Neuralgia somehow. I started to feel some pain in the genital area begin january. Now i have a lot of horrible pain under my tailbone and it spread out to my buttcheeks. It's awful :( i'm already seeing a pelvic floor therapis...

That's awesome Rainebow i'm glad this is working so good for you. Do you still feel disconnected from your emotions? (That's one of my most annoying symptoms)

We are all in this together. Yeah some cases are milder but all of us still have the same goal and that is improving our condition. Let's focus on that. Fighting each other and being mad wont get us anywhere.
