Re: Who Here Has Fatigue As A Main Symptom?

If you allow me some advice: I'd add to your diet more of the following and stick with it for as long I can:

Beef, Clams, Nuts, Walnuts, Almonds and Chia seeds.

My advice is to eat/ add the following diet to your current one for as long as you can until you see improvements, eating this as much as you ...

I know that I tend to sleep more with other foods than others, like salmon knocks me out sometimes! But I'v...

Re: Treatments for Genital Anesthesia specifically ?

Re: Treatments for Genital Anesthesia specifically ?

Yeah if it's working with no bad side effects I don't think I'd quit "just because" either.. there was a thread on the hackstasis forum about oxytocin ingestion possibly helping so is nteresting you mention it.. it's good to know you didn't feel worse sexually wise or other after it. I don't care mu...

Re: I was lucky and I screwed it up. PSSD?

Thank you Jake for the kind message! Looking at my post now, it looks like a mess lol. I'm trying to be positive. I hope getting off these tranquilizers helps. You gonna be fine. I'd try some Valerian for anxiety, learn to breath, etc. The mind loves going to "the future". Just pay attention to wha...
