Reading comprehension issues

Outside of a general lack of focus, I can barely calm myself enough to meditate, let alone pray or read something. At times it's like my mind is going a mile a minute and my eyes scan the page, skip over words or dump my immediate short-term memory. It's almost as if my dyslexia and hyperactivity ha...

Re: Need advice on regimen

@Meso

I got around to drinking coffee and noticed little in the way of improvement.

Are there any other recommendations that could resolve said abnormality?

Re: Need advice on regimen

Apologies for reporting back late, I try not to visit the forum too often so it doesn't adversely affect my mood.

I am not a coffee drinker, yet will report back after drinking some to see if there any effect.

I have four major issues that prohibit me from living a good life: slurred speech, brain fog, penile shrinkage and erectile dysfunction. My PSSD occurred in May of 2018 from Effexor withdrawal and hasn't let up since.

Need advice on regimen

Recently I've resolved to make lifestyle decisions like adopting the keto diet and exercising an hour each day. I even purchased a Bathmate however I can't use it because my genitals have shrunk to a pathetic nub. I'm not able to jelq or masturbate effectively, so I'm stumped outside of basic soluti...

Re: Victim of an adverse drug event and the doctor "doesn't believe you"? How is this possible? This video explains it

The way I see it, this behaviour is the result of an industry that does not engage in conspiracy inasmuch as criminal neglect on a massive scale. Little different from the agricultural sector, we are hostage to politics, indoctrination and services intended to shill specific classes of products and ...

Re: 100 PSSD Stories For Rare Disease Day (28 February) - Update and Guidelines

I recently looked on the Rare Disease Day website to see if my story was published. I visited some weeks ago and sent in my story, however it is not present. I made sure to follow the guidelines present and did not include any crude terminology or rhetoric. I find it discouraging that one is called ...

Re: Worst offenders for PSSD and things to avoid taking

I would like to report that hydrocortisone in both pill and cream form made me crash. I had to take the pills for dermatitis I'd contracted at the beginning of winter and the cream for my psoriasis in addition to a nasty case of haemorrhoids. All three times I felt derealised and my brain fog worsen...

Re: 100 PSSD Stories For Rare Disease Day - Update and Guidelines

Are all ten points of the above guideline necessary for one's submission? I have no qualms if this is the case, however I'd already wrote a document that addresses most of these questions albeit in a different order. I'd like to not restructure too much of my entry as I feel it won't be as organic o...
