Re: your religious/theological belief
I am a devout Christian with PSSD so I guess PSSD doesn’t discriminate.

Re: Gut microbiota theory and the cure
Hi All, Yes, I too believe PSSD has something to do with gut bacteria. I started going to a Functional Medicine clinic and they gave me four supplements to treat my gut. I was not going for my PSSD but honestly, I felt some stimulation down there that I had not felt in a long time. If I continue to ...

Re: Gth27 Intro - Pssd after mirtazapine
Dang...that stinks. I take a low dose but I really want to quit. I saw a neurologist who assured me any cognitive effects weren't from mirtazapine. It's never the drugs...yeah right.

Re: Should we do a PSSD awareness march?
This is a good idea. I also think we should write thank you letters to researchers studying PSSD to thank them for bringing awareness to the condition. I might explain this further in a future post.

Re: Gth27 Intro - Pssd after mirtazapine
Interesting...I have been on mirtazapine for like 18 months for sleep. I take a very small dose for sleep. I got PSSD from a week of Citalopram (I was on mirtazapine for 6 months before that with no ill effects)….However, now I am having bad cognitive effects from mirtazapine....I should probably qu...

Re: "Towards improving post-SSRI sexual dysfunction by using nutriceuticals: Lessons from a case stu
I feel like you guys are dismissing this article too easily. First of all, the journal is "Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy" and this is a peer-reviewed journal, not some website. The publisher is Taylor & Francis which is a reputable publishing company. The impact factor (used to ra...

Re: Insights into the cause of PSSD
This dude sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He backed everything up with academic references. Too bad he disappeared. He did say that you can test his gut theory by eating a very high fiber diet. He said that will give you a bit of the feeling that you would get much more fully if you ...

Re: CURED Urecholine (bethanechol)
@ Ghost What about the FMT? Did many people try that? That seems to make the most sense scientifically (by my limited knowledge). This bethanechol thing has me encouraged and I may be able to do a trial in a bit but if that doesn't pan out, I am thinking FMT is the great hope. The problem is that th...
