Re: Improvement and suggestions.

Could you describe how soon or after which attempt the positive changes became evident? Was it a high dose that worked and do you think mirtazapine or let's say ziprasidone are much worse/better? How's the diffence with yohimbine experience considering it has similar affinity for ht2b? And trazodon...

Re: Improvement and suggestions.

I think i am honestly on track to curing myself. I believe mirtazapine or trazadone to be the final "piece" to the puzzle as everything seems to be SERT affecting my Dopamine and Norepinephrine. still trying to understand how each drug works at each respective dose i hear conflicting thin...

Re: Improvement and suggestions.

Why would you change your mix if you have positive results with it? Don’t overthink the drugs you take. Sorry, I meant I will be adding it on. It’s quite clear that there are still some issues such as genital anesthesia and it all started with SSRI lexapro. So far 2 have worked for different areas,...

Re: Improvement and suggestions.

Any science articles that made you try the Wellbutrin/Buspar combo for PSSD? Anyone else that you know that has tried that combo and did well on it? Both increase dopamine signaling and therefore are an "obvious" option for PSSD, even if positive results are quite uncommon. Besides, if yo...

Re: Improvement and suggestions.

Could you please explain which symptoms you had and which improved when? If you are 75% recovered, I would not risk taking another drug and would wait and see if these improvements stick. Hi Thomas, I’ll start by briefly explaining my story. March 2018 depressive episode which I thought was severe ...

Re: Why has Vortioxtine (Brintellix) "helped" with ED?

Hi all, I had been suffering from PSSD since March of this year. Last week I had been prescribed this medication and have fully recovered in terms of erectile dysfunction and libido. I am currently taking the starting dose and I saw significant improvement on the third day of introducing the drug to...
