Re: Partial/temporary recovery story

i hear raypeat and all that comes after sounds like a word salad trying to prove some "exclusive" concept Nice run-on sentence bro? Talk about word salad. I'm not trying to prove anything really, just sharing some experiences and insight I've gained over the years. It's admittedly a littl...

Re: Partial/temporary recovery story

I've just started buspirone and will increase gradually to the therapeutic dose and then hopefully increase to the higher doses. Interesting that you're combining this with cyproheptadine. Are you planning to cycle cypro occasionally? Are you getting rebound effects from that or instant improvement...

Re: Partial/temporary recovery story

I am not rejecting your theory and regimen. In fact, I think it's quite interesting. Aftet reading your original post, I'm glad you corrected your view on estrogen on another comment. Unless you use an aromatase inhibitor, there is no point in reducing estradiol while trying to raise androgens. It ...

Re: Partial/temporary recovery story

A good thread from RP forum on DHT: https://raypeatforum.com/community/threads/the-dht-thread-principles-for-raising-dht-supps-foods-etc.26461/ Bolded some things that seem like obvious overlap with the first experiment. Why DHT is Awesome - Great confidence - Great erections - Fantastic sex drive -...

Re: Partial/temporary recovery story

So I've been collecting my thoughts about the experiment I did a couple years ago and realized that I was focusing on lowering estrogen, when I really should have been focusing on raising DHT and might have been inadvertently doing that. Estrogen dominance was definitely a problem for me post-SSRI a...

Re: Partial/temporary recovery story

I just recently posted a link (https://pssdforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4097) to a blog with some suggestions for regiments. Interestingly those suggestions are largely in line with yours. He suggests that there is no one thing that will work, but that a combination is required that sensitize...

Partial/temporary recovery story

Thought I would share an experience I had a couple years ago as some of you may find it interesting. Summer 2018 I was experimenting with ray peat-style eating and supplements, and had a long period of reversal of many of my PSSD symptoms. My approach was a diet of mostly milk, sugar, and fruit. Sup...

Re: UPDATED: Nearly 100% recovered with MDMA / Shrooms combo

MDMA had almost no effect on me, I had to take a double dose and just felt light-headed, talkative and a nicer / more interested than usual. That's it. The next day felt peaceful and went to bed early. 3rd day low mood and energy. I have had windows the days after drinking, and pleasant post-mushroo...

Re: New interesting theory on PSSD/PFS/PAS

First time logging on after a year or so. This theory seems a bit silly. Not denying that infections are a thing in PSSD, but probably more symptomatic than causal e.g. serotonin is indicated in viral infection and reproduction. It's probably more true that people with PSSD are in a state of metabol...

Re: No response to coffee. How could be explained ?

... I could be wrong (and OP could clarify), but I don't think OP is saying that they can't tolerate it, rather, it doesn't affect them anymore. It happened to me as well, but I can't provide additional evidence regarding sexual health improvements implying caffeine sensitivity improvements as I ha...
