Re: Propanolol - Gonzo OP
Yes, I've tried it, and it did help me with erections, less so with libido. If anything, it seemed to dampen libido. But the effect on erections was profound and did not diminish over time. I took it for around 6-8 weeks, as a migraine preventative. The extended release version. A lot of the improve...

Re: Prelox (L-Arginine +Pycnogenol)
This actually has helped, at least for erections. It's on par with viagra, though it takes several days to start working for me. Libido and other symptoms of PSSD seem to be unaffected.

Re: Some improvements with EGCG/green tea
The one is have is from Piping Rock and standardized to 30% EGCG. That's just the brand I tried, I'm doubtful it's any better than any other brand. If you do try please post your experience. Our results seem to be very individualistic but always good to share experiences, good bad or indifferent.

Re: Some improvements with EGCG/green tea
Bigmum,
Yes it's still working. It's not a cure-all or anything but it does help.
I've always had fluctuations, and there doesn't seem to be any real rhyme or reason to them.

Re: Some improvements with EGCG/green tea
sjv16477, I realized I didn't fully answer your question. I have tried other medications: piracetam and choline (helps with erections but not libido), maca (helps a bit with libido), buspar (worked once then no effect), licorice root (no effect), nystatin (no effect), inositol (no effect), various v...

Re: Some improvements with EGCG/green tea
I was on lexapro 10mg for about 7 years, then stopped. Sexual side effects were there but manageable while on lexapro but became worse off it. My PSSD has improved somewhat over the years but it really just goes in cycles, sometimes better sometimes worse. Erections are weak and difficult to maintai...

Some improvements with EGCG/green tea
After reading a post here a while back, I started experimenting with EGCG. I've been taking about 1,800 mg of green tea extract daily for the past 6 weeks (I don’t think brand matters). I've noticed a subtle but consistently positive effect on libido, particularly the ability to get an erection from...

Re: Post SSRI symptoms + Nootropics research / solutions (lug 2016)
The Semax thing mentioned in the reddit thread sounds interesting. The fact that it raises serotonin is a little disconcerting, but it doesn't appear to act as a reuptake inhibitor. Has anyone tried this?
