Re: Berberine
Thought I’d let the forum know. Berberine 1000 mg for three weeks brought my genital numbness, anorgasmia, and rubber feeling during genital stimulation to better than it’s ever been since PSSD. My baseline is very low, so this is still not close to pre SSRI, but the disconnect between touch and sen...

Re: How do you make someone fall in love with you if you can’t feel anything for them?
Because I’m terrified of being alone for the rest of my life. With no friends or relationships I’m pretty much nothing, and especially now that I have no emotions or social energy, both of those things are very difficult to achievejjr81 wrote:Why do you want a fake, sexless relationship? How do you make someone fall in love with you if you can’t feel anything for them?
Is it possible to just play your cards right despite having no emotions, flirtatious feelings, or sexuality and make an interested guy fall in love with your numb, anhedonic self? The issue here is that PSSD obviously affects ability to connect with others emotionally and be properly social. I have ...

NADH
Apparently this substance can be an effective treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome, it helps repair DNA and mitochondria, and it has helped a few people with anhedonia:

Re: Zadig777 passed away
Snake, saying I'm a walking corpse isn't an exaggeration. My emotions aren't "limited" they are gone. So are hunger and tiredness. Went 17 days without sleeping not long ago. Took 240mg temazepam and 600 mg of Lyrica and layed wide awake last night. And don't even get me started on my cog...

Re: Zadig777 passed away
This is coming from someone who had/has it pretty fucking bad. Total genital numbness, 0 emotions or love for others, 0 pleasure in life, 0 desire to socialize or interact. I had bad insomnia too fyi, 0-2 hours a sleep a night, especially around 10 months off the pills, but that got better with time...

Re: Zadig777 passed away
Also, I don’t want to be rude jjr81, I’ve been quite anhedonic and suicidal myself, but just because someone deems life worth living with this condition does not mean he has a lesser case. It very well could be, but there are such things as different personalities, temperaments, thinking patterns, a...

Re: Zadig777 passed away
But it is true that some are more anhedonic than others, and also the anhedonia fluctuates significantly for many people from severe to bearable. Anyway, I just realized this was the memorial thread for Zadig so I should probably stop talking about this here

Re: Zadig777 passed away
I have it as well as every other most common PSSD symptom, still I think life's worth living, needless to say that I've gotten it when I was 18, so I haven't experienced "normal sex" even once :D I believe that our emotions are somehow "limited" but saying that we are just walki...
