I recovered temporary for a week several weeks ago then again PSSD hit me. I regained my genital sensitivity and libido then again they faded away. Now the symptoms are better than the baseline but I have still genital numbness and low libido. Any thoughts what's going on?

Not anymore. Not sure if it is due to anhedonia or the severe depression caused by PSSD. Either way I blame SSRIs for that. I used to be called a clown for making my friends laugh their asses off but now I can't even smile and I lost all of my friends thanks to SSRIs
