Taking Vitamin D 5,000 to 10,000 IU significantly improved my depression. It may not work for everyone.
I also found taking regular B12 and Methylfolate helped stabilize my mood due to having some genetic metyhlation defects.
Magnesium Glycinate helped me with anxiety.

I am by no means an expert but for anyone who wants to try this from what I understand B12 has minimal absorption when taken in pill form and should be taken sublingually ideally held in their mouth for 45 minutes + .
