Iv been practicing the kapalbhati pranayama (A breathing technique prescribed in Yoga)
Its just been 4 days , and I see some improvement in erections, though the anhedonia remains so does diminished libido.

Anyone else try yoga ?

Iv been prescribed Escitalopram to counter the sexual side effects paroxetine caused.
