Man this is completely unpredictable scenario. People telling you about Naltrexone, it is hit and miss. Many people go through trial and error, sometime it backfires a lot. But who knows it might help you.

Man, your condition seems as of one guy from france who was cured from mianserin. I cant tell if low dosage on reinstating can restore your condition. Or it might worsen. Wish if we had knowledgeable person in this field. But some people do seem to do better on reinstating.

Masterbation is bad for health. Don't believe on internet as it says ,, it has nothing to do with health.

Semen contains vital mineral and nutrients and harmones. If you retain semen it gets reabsorbed.
It is necessary to retain semen for recovery.
