Re: no improvement yet on lithium
i am taking lithium carborate 800 mg for two months (i know i know i am taking blood samples and i am fine). i am lucky I have no side effects but hand trembling. And don't forget that sexual side effects or anhedonia can happen but just during intake. i think the theory behind lithium is that it c...

Re: no improvement yet on lithium
There is one study saying to take 80mg aspirin with Lithium to avoid sexual side effect. Maybe it could be good. Ginseng has worsened me and many other dudes. I disagree with low dose Lithium, once again there is no PSSD among lithium carbonate users and this for me the best evidence Lithium Carbon...

Re: no improvement yet on lithium
Just to let you know, from what I've read about the use of lithium for PSSD, it's recommended (by Meso, a neuropharmacologist specializing in PSSD) to take it below 400 mg lithium carbonate (40 mg lithium orotate) because at therapeutic doses for bipolar patients, it's pro-anhedonia and pro-sexual ...

Re: An Excellent Explaination of How SSRI's Inhibit Sert

I think the effects are permanent in the sense that they upregulate the downregulated SERT in the raphe nuclei. SO theoretically you can take a round of it and upregulates your SERT and keep it upregulated ...

Re: possible upregulation of receptors with Huperzine A?
I would not take this I will link to mesolimbos post look at the part where he talks about acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. Hyperzine A is one. https://pssdforum.org/viewtopic.php?p=31001&hilit=galantamine#p31001 actually, that's what I suspected in my first post. Maybe I should see a cholinerg...

Re: Some weird method found on twitter
Ginger is 5a-reductase inhibitor and it's a problem like many others supplements that worsens PSSD symptoms.
Try maybe without ginger.
